An Investment in Ourselves
If we had to pick a person to emulate, we couldn’t pick a sole individual. For us, we try to emulate ourselves like the community of Ithaca, NY. We’ve seen the way the community handle themselves here — with hard work, determination, and a hunger to achieve something higher. This culture has resonated with us since opening our doors in 1991. Since then, we’ve been able to integrate those traits and bake them into our shop’s cultural fabric.
So, how do we incorporate the spirit of Ithaca into our shop? By setting expectations for ourselves in the garage and in the classroom. Along with being an AAA Certified Repair Facility, all of our technicians are also ASE Certified. The education doesn’t stop there though, as we encourage all of our technicians to return to the classroom and get up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in the automotive industry. Once our technicians return, we test what they learn – every day . We do this by providing our auto repair services to all customers, regardless of make and model.
It can be demanding at times, but in order to reach the level of service our customers have for us, we need to push ourselves. Nothing is more satisfying than watching our customers leave our shop happy and confident with the product we put out for them.
That’s the Ithaca Way. That’s the Autoworks Way.
A Transparent Approach
We take pride in the high-level auto repairs we provide for our community. Though it is important, we place a higher value in the way we treat our customers. We’re aware of the growing tension between customers and their auto shops and frankly, we can’t blame them. For our team, we want to be the exception to this majority and instead of just saying it, we’ll show you how we do it.
We train our team to value transparency and we make sure it’s incorporated in every touch point we have with you. We’ll make sure you understand the why, how, and cost of what we’re doing so you have the complete picture during your visit. No tricks. No gimmicks. All transparent.
