George Rushlow
OWNER
George is a Nashville Auto Diesel College graduate of 1991 and received the Craftsman Award while attending. Over the years he has gained manufacturer-based training on Honda and Acura vehicles while employed with a Honda dealership. George lives in Freeville with his wife Karyn, where they raise their three kids Garett, Gavin, and Gracie, and their two labs Carly and Casey. If he isn't too busy running his Ithaca auto repair shop, he operates as his children's crew chief for Go Kart Racing. Even though he loves his business, he truly enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, the outdoors, and traveling. -
Chris Zavaski
Towing Manager & General Manager of Autoworks
Chris has been employed by Autoworks for 10 years is a vital piece of the business. He is exceptional at Ithaca towing and recovery. Not only is he George’s right-hand man – he’s his best friend. He’s a top-notch Ithaca auto repair technician and an all-around great guy! Chris lives in Locke with his family and enjoys hunting, deep-sea fishing, and hanging out with his son Connor. -
George Morsey
George Morsey has been working on cars and trucks since he could hold on to a wrench! He has an AAS in computer hardware and software, AAA battery Certification, and is trained in Rotary Electronic Diagnosis. When he’s not providing top of the line Ithaca auto repair, George enjoys custom car fabrication and restoration, camping, and spending time with family. -
John “Jack” Parmenter
If you’re looking for the best Ithaca auto mechanic in the business, look no further than John “Jack” Parmenter. He’s been ASE Certified since 1998, is a 20-year Chrysler Certified Gold Mechanic (all 4 levels), and has been voted among the Top 10 and Top 15 mechanics in New York State. When he’s not turning wrenches, John enjoys boating, playing horseshoes, and good BBQ. -
Justin Hillard
Justin Hillard has a 2-year welding degree, 10 years of auto mechanic experience, and is passionate about providing expert auto service to our Ithaca customers. He’s trained in Rotary Electronics Diagnosis and has AAA Battery Certification. Justin enjoys racing, hanging out with his friends, and helping others. -
Michael Lane
Body Shop Manager
With 15 years’ auto body repair experience, SRS (airbag) training, and ASE certification as a Master Technician and Certified Estimator, Mike is the highly qualified leader of our Ithaca auto body repair team. In addition to being our resident auto body expert, Mike spends his free time playing guitar, building and restoring custom vehicles, riding ATVs, drag racing, and camping with his family. -

Greg graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute in 1995 and has 18 years of auto body experience. He’s an ASE Certified Master Technician and an EPA 6H Paint Technician. Outside of work he spends his time chicken farming, snowmobiling, customizing cars and trucks, and spending time with his wife and two boys. -

Shawn graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute in 1995 and has 18 years of auto body experience. He’s Chief Frame Rack Certified in tie-down, pull, and laser measuring. At work he’s a machine; at home, he’s a family man. -

Andrew graduated from Baran Institute in Hartford, CT and was awarded the David Beck Award for outstanding achievement while attending BOCES in Wyoming County. His hobbies include playing guitar, restoring just about anything, and skateboarding. -
Bob Higgins
Shuttle Driver
After retiring from the US Postal Service he joined the team full time as our all-around go-to guy! When he’s not driving the shuttle van he is helping out the techs and just doing whatever is needed to keep our Ithaca auto repair facility tidy and orderly! Bob’s hobbies include gardening, collecting antique clocks and ham radios, and going on cruises with his wife, Betty. -
