I have been dealing with them for about 3 years and have been happy with the work that they have done on our Prius and Highlander. They recommended a different tire than the Toyota dealer suggested and the Cooper tires have lasted much longer. When I needed something fixed in a hurry they were always able to get the vehicle fixed and did not act like this was a big imposition. I'm finally getting the chance to write my thoughts on Autoworks after having taken in my bright blue Subaru WRX STI many times. I have only the best things to say about Autoworks.

 

Autoworks repaired collision damage to my car.  The workmanship is excellent, the price was reasonable, and they finished ahead of schedule.  Mike went over the damage carefully with me when doing the estimate and explained what was involved and choices that could be made.  I highly recommend calling Mike if you have a need for auto body work.

We had Autoworks come out twice to jump our car. Ryan was the second guy to come out and help after hours. He was extremely friendly and helpful, even offering us some advice regarding our car troubles. Awesome service! I got a flat tire one night and AAA sent someone from Autoworks out to help me. The guy was very helpful and towed my car back to their repair shop. They repaired a dent in the back of my jeep to perfection.  I also had it undercoated  It wasn't cheap!  The back repair was over a grand and the undercoat was $500.00.  I'm happy with their work and will use them again.

These folks are really the best.  Consistent quality and creative solutions to problems my aging cars have presented over several years.  They screwed back the underbody sheet I dragged there after a Greek Peak Parking lot "alteration" for under $30.00.  They also warranty their work.  I recently damaged a new shock in a standard Ithaca pothole and they replaced it with no charge for parts or labor.  Bob, the driver is just a great added bonus - guaranteed to boost your mood in the first ten minutes!  This is a great place! - Edward S (5 star review found on Yelp)
