Tonight I had the pleasure of using this place through AAA. The driver that responded went above and beyond. He was actually leaving when my van cut off and he came back to help me further and ended up having to take me to the shop for a new battery. While in the shop tech (Dexter) I think that is his name allowed me to watch to learn how to change my battery and we had a nice conversation, it did not feel as long as it was.
