Thank goodness for George and Autoworks. My Mini Cooper Clubman overheated just south of Ithaca on July 3rd and Autiworks was the only authorized Mini servicer in the area. George took my car right in for diagnosis and ran it through a battery of tests to ensure us that it was safe to continue on our long drive to Florida.
