I had taken my car to 5 different shops (one of them 3x!), and NO ONE could find the leak coming from under my hood into my car. They all insisted the leak was coming from my car window. (As if I wouldn't notice water gushing in my window!). Mike believed me when I told him it wasn't the window. He investigated based on my observations, and immediately found the leak coming from the steering column under the carpet & fixed it, then checked to see if there were any other leaks before giving it back in a timely fashion.
