I have been dealing with them for about 3 years and have been happy with the work that they have done on our Prius and Highlander. They recommended a different tire than the Toyota dealer suggested and the Cooper tires have lasted much longer. When I needed something fixed in a hurry they were always able to get the vehicle fixed and did not act like this was a big imposition.
