Scheduling was great--I had an accurate, reasonable quote within hours of calling, an appointment for the next week, and got my car back in 2 days. The repair was satisfactory, with good fit. Paint didn't match 100% but is close enough for me (difficult color, original paint is 4 years old, they used the right process). Mike and the team surprised me by going above and beyond to walk around and touch up all the paint, as well as do a very thorough exterior and interior cleaning.
