I am from Syracuse . My car broke down close to this shop. AAA towed my vehicle and took my 2 daughters and I to the shop. It was Saturday and the shop was closed. Our ride wouldn't be there for over an hour . The AAA driver was attentive to the situation and let us stay in the shop to stay warm. He was awesome. Monday came and I called in a.m. and they got my car in and taken care of by 2:00. They were very helpful and understood my need to have my car on the road asap.
