One week after purchasing my first BMW, I scraped the whole front corner of the car on a rock while backing up. You can imagine my 'frustration'. With a family trip planned for the following weekend, and as a busy Realtor - always on the go - I needed to act fast! After getting a couple of quotes from the most reputable body shops in town, Autoworks came in over $400 cheaper than the "other guys". And, I had the car back in four days - just in time for the trip! The "other guys" couldn't get the work done for at least ten days. Mike was fantastic and will certainly have all of my business (and referrals) from here on out. There's really only one body shop I'd trust with my car and I can't recommend them highly enough! I had taken my car to 5 different shops (one of them 3x!), and NO ONE could find the leak coming from under my hood into my car. They all insisted the leak was coming from my car window. (As if I wouldn't notice water gushing in my window!). Mike believed me when I told him it wasn't the window. He investigated based on my observations, and immediately found the leak coming from the steering column under the carpet & fixed it, then checked to see if there were any other leaks before giving it back in a timely fashion. Tonight I had the pleasure of using this place through AAA. The driver that responded went above and beyond. He was actually leaving when my van cut off and he came back to help me further and ended up having to take me to the shop for a new battery. While in the shop tech (Dexter) I think that is his name allowed me to watch to learn how to change my battery and we had a nice conversation, it did not feel as long as it was. I had to take my car to the body shop after an accident. Mike was fantastic -- he helped me figure out how to fix the car without spending an arm and a leg. When your light comes on, it is ALWAYS important to look at the issue to see if it is a problem. Especially if it is a light we all understand. Tire pressure is one we all can relate to and an easy one to look at. However, most drivers just assume the air is low in them and ignore it which is not a good idea especially when you are driving a 4x4 diesel truck off-roading and could have picked up anything and/or everything like this truck tire did.
